The iconic silver dome looming over the Nagoya City Science Museum holds the distinction of being the largest planetarium in the world. The museum has a variety of sections for different age groups, covering topics such as electricity, water movement, space and the universe, and mirrors. There are four large-scale exhibitions, including a 9-metre manmade tornado, and a -30’C room showcasing the Antarctic aurora. Fun and educational for all ages!
